Thursday is arraignment day for five Indiana men who are charged with a restaurant attack during the NATO summit.
Alex Stuck, John Tucker, Cody Sutherland, Dylan Sutherland, and Jason Sutherland, are charged with mob action, aggravated battery, and criminal damage to property.
They’ve been accused of attacking a group of alleged white supremacists at the Ashford House Restaurant in Tinley Park on May 19.
